PhotoBuilding Overview

Live Oak Lofts is one of my favorite buildings in Dallas.  This building consists of approximately 110 Lofts.... some with one big open room, some with one bedroom, and a few two bedrooms units.  It's a modern building built in 1998, but has that old time industrial feel.  Most units have 16ft. ceilings, exposed wood beams, exposed ductwork and polished concrete floors....but combined with the modern feel of granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.   The garage is gated with reserved assigned parking.  The Garage is on the Ground level as are the mailboxes and the gym.  Living is on floors 1, 2, & 3.....but those could also be know as floors 2-3-4....so if the unit number starts with a 1, this is really on the second floor....2 on the 3rd floor, etc.  The pool and courtyard are on level 1, above the garage and some units have patios directly on the courtyard.  There are elevators if you don't want to take the stairs up to the residential floors.

The location can't be beat.  Just to the East of downtown, the DART green line Deep Ellum station is just steps from the front door.  Just one change and you can make it all the way to DFW airport.   It's an easy walk to Deep Ellum with all the restaurants, live music, and shops.  Try Cafe Brazil, Adair's Saloon, or the Angry Dog.   There is easy UBER access to Uptown, Downtown, the Arts District, Klyde Warren Park, the Farmer's Market, and Lower Greenville.... and to top it off there are four Whole Foods Marketplaces not too far away.
